Garlic Natural Remedy
Garlic has great medicinal effects and properties .Because of its penetrating qualities it is used as a natural and powerful antiseptic.
It also contains vitamins A,B and C and copper sulphur , manganese, iron and calcium as well as trace elements from the surrounding soil it was cultivated in. This makes it ideal as a rectify-ing solution for cells and glands.
Used in edible forms to cleanse the gut , treat parasites and worms therin, lower blood pressure, to help immunise against colds , to aid sinus and chest congestion, to reduce phlem, to alleviate rheumatism.
Garlic is also a an antibacterial , antiseptic, and antibiotic , and was used in juice form in the WW1 to treat open wounds by speading the liquid on a swab (sterilised) and rubbing over the wound or infected areas as a prevention or a treatment.
Capsule forms are also great for taking when going overseas to prevent viral infectiopn that are airborne and also in many other types .
It also has benefits to the lederly for treating the hardening of the arteries , as well has been atested to having anti ageing properties ! , but can also treat agreat many syptoms and discomforts associated with old age , as well as helping the younger generation keep their bodies working in a more healthier way , resisting disomfort from later in life .
Sinus trouble , hay fever and other similar problems can also be treted and eased with the regular use of garlic , to remedy the symptoms , though has never been shown to help the actual removal of the problem . In much the smae way that menthol eased congestion .
Odourless Garlic
Garlic can also be taken in capsule forms , which when taken regularly can use the properties to aid internal problems . Though this would be very limited to helping the congestion problems as this has as much to do with the strong vapour action as the liquid properties
Clear skin acne treatment
It is also said that taking raw garlic for a number of days will clear the skin of pimple and even quit severe acne . Though not tried myself there is a testament to the blood purifying properties of Garlic.
